Quantitative suspension test

The aim of these suspension tests was to determine the bactericidal*, fungicidal/yeasticidal** and sporicidal*** activities of chemical disinfectant or antiseptics. For that, at minimum three different concentrations to include one concentration in the active range and one concentration in the non-active range shall be evaluate under mandatory conditions of the standard.
The disinfectant activities shall demonstrate at least respectively a 3, 4 or 5 decimal log (lg) reduction for the sporicidal***, fungicidal/yeasticidal** and for the bactericidal activities.
