Virucidal activities: Standard protocols
Disinfectants and antiseptics

Quantitative suspension test

The aim of this test was to determine the virucidal activities of chemical disinfectant/antiseptics. For that, at minimum three different concentrations to include one concentration in the active range and one concentration in the non-active range shall be evaluate under mandatory conditions of the standard. The disinfectant activities shall demonstrate at least 4 decimal log (lg) reduction.
